My name is Dahlia and I’ve had the pleasure of working with Nancia for the last 6 years. All those that work with us know Nancia is the epitome of the expression, “would give you the shirt off her back.” Nancia’s kindness and generosity knows no bounds. Nancia is the primary caretaker of her beautiful mother, Ms. Tony. Unfortunately, last year, Ms. Tony suffered an above the knee amputation with a very long and complicated recovery. Currently, Ms. Tony is hospitalized after having 3 toes amputated on her remaining foot, which doctors predict she will lose in the near future. While taking excellent care of her mother, Nancia cares for her friends and coworkers and asks for nothing in return! No matter how little sleep, how little funds, Nancia SPOILS us. If you show up to work with no food, Nancia will FEED you. If you come without a jacket, Nancia will give you hers. I am honored to consider Nan one of my closest friends.
