I was diagnosed with Stage II renal cell carcinoma and, after undergoing extensive treatment, I am grateful to say that I am a survivor. However, the cost of my treatment and ongoing care has placed a heavy financial burden on me. In addition to my recovery, I am also managing autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD), which adds another layer of complexity and expense to my medical situation.

Despite my best efforts to manage these costs, I have fallen behind on housing and utility bills, and it has become increasingly difficult to keep up with daily expenses. I have four children, and it is important to me that I maintain stability for them during this time. However, the financial strain is weighing heavily on our family.
