Hi, my name is Kristian and I am 16 years old. I'm trying to save my best friend... my dog Nala Emyr. She is 6 and is a loving and sweet dog. Nala is not just a pet for me. She is my comfort, my emotional support, and a huge part of my life. Now she's the one who needs help and I feel helpless.

A few weeks ago, Nala started having trouble urinating and I noticed blood. We took her to the vet and he told us Nala needs urgent surgeries: a spay, a cystotomy with X-rays to treat her bladder, and the removal of a mass that could be life-threatening. We started medication treatment and a new diet, but she needs the surgery as soon as possible.

The hardest part is that the cost is more than my mom can afford right now. I wish I could do more for her on my own, but I can't... and that's why I'm asking for help.
