Nala is a seven year old Siberian Husky who is currently battling soft-tissue sarcoma which has caused paralyzation in her hind legs. She will be doing radiation treatment to shrink the tumor and stop the spread of the cancer. Once the radiation treatment is complete, she will be outfitted for a dog designed wheelchair as the likelihood of her being able to walk again on her own is 5%.

This last year has been tough with two surgeries + 3x a week physical therapy to find out that the vets missed the appropriate diagnosis which allowed this tumor to grow unregulated and unbeknownst to us.

Many of you have followed her and I on our journey together the last seven years and know that she has the sweetest disposition and the kindest heart that a dog can have. Although it's incredibly difficult for me to be open to receiving financial support from others, this really isn't about me. As only a seven year old dog, I believe she deserves a fighting chance (in human years she would only be 49 yrs old) and I want to make the impossible possible for her.

I have so much gratitude for all who have been a part of her journey thus far, in whatever capacity that looks like. We also are requesting all of the prayers and good intentions of love and healing.
