Hello, my name is Ibrahim Hemadeh and I live in London, UK. I created this GoFundMe page on behalf of my friend Nada. She is raising funds to help her family leave Gaza.

The funds will be spent as follows:

• Additionally, $15,000 will be set aside to support the family’s living expenses in Egypt until it is safe for them to return to Gaza after the conflict.
Here is Nada's message:
We are a family of 7 members, my mother, my father, 3 brothers, and my older sister , and I am Nada.
- My brother Ahmed 27 yo. was collecting the dowry to get married, and he also started a successful project for women’s clothing with his own brand, and all the pieces that were in his project were destroyed by the bombing of the house and the bombing of the warehouse that contained the fabric.
-My sister Reem 24 yo. started a project selling pieces from the Shein website and it was just beginning. She lost all her capital and had to leave all her goods at home when we left to escape the bombing.
-Then there is me, Nada 23 yo. , who soon felt happy that I graduated and did not start doing anything for my future.
-Then there is my brother Muhammad, 21 years old. My father paid his university fees in his second year, but he left because it was bombed and because we fled our home to the south, so he did not get the chance neither to study nor to take back the fees.
- Then Mahmoud, 17 years old, could not study high school, even though he is the youngest among us, now he can not even pursue his education journey.
- My father, 60 years old, retired, is interested in birds and growing houseplants. He had a corner of seedlings, aromatic plants, pigeons, and poultry, and most of them died because of the bombing that happened, and some of them died due to lack of food after we were displaced.
-My mother, a housewife, carefully chose the pieces of her house and did not have much time to be happy with the house’s new furniture, and all of it was bombed.
· Everything we worked hard for and built in Gaza is gone, everything we had in all aspects, and there is no longer any life left, and we hope that we will go to a place that will allow us to be able to go back and establish a new life, a save place ..
· Our house was completely damaged by a bombing that targeted the neighborhood, resulting in the destruction of 8 residential facilities, including my home, the only property we own.
We were forcibly displaced from home on October 13
Our house was bombed on October 31
We were displaced to Nuseirat for 10 days
and because of there was no available residential vacancy for us we had to displace again inside Nuseirat .
Then Al-Qarara in Khan Yunis for 38 days
Then Deir al-Balah for 15 days
Then Rafah for 95 days and due to the random airstrikes and attacks on Rafah, we once again found ourselves had to move and displace to another place in Rafah in which we stayed for 26 days.
During the first 8 days of the genocide in Gaza, after we were displaced from the north, we had no drinking water and we even searched for salt water to drink but we couldn't find any too!
Also, prices have doubled dramatically, and we cannot find the simple basics of life.
My poor mother has diabetes, and my father has hypertension, heart disease, and gout, and unfortunately, I have asthma which is now a life-threatening condition due to the lack of my inhalers.
In this circumstance, we find it difficult to find medications for these chronic diseases.. I have spent too many nights struggling with the fear of having an asthma exacerbation as there's no inhalers available and as the world knows no hospitals ..
You might have seen the world displacement a lot lately, to you it's just a word but to us it a journey unfortunately not a pleasing one.
We had to walk for many miles, we had to go through thirst, hunger and exhaustion, even when we finally got to some place to stay we had to sleep without any sheets or covers and directly on the cold concrete floor, I can't even describe how cold I felt! After all we still humans, we still have feelings, dreams and ambitions! Your generous donations will be helpful to restore some aspects of our life.
Finally, we made this account so that we could collect the amount necessary for our exit from Gaza to preserve our lives as soon as possible in light of the constant threats to invade Rafah.
All our money and possessions are gone, and only our lives remain. We hope that we can save our lives.
every small amount can make a difference and bring us closer to our goal amount.
So please donate or at least share the link.
