Support Nacho's Urgent Medical Needs

Hi, my name is Brenda and I'm Nacho's furmom. As many of you know, last year, Nacho's sister Luna died to complications from her brachiocephalic condition and as of last Thursday, I find myself in a heartbreaking situation with my 6 year old boy, Nacho. It appears that Nacho may have injured a disc in his neck or back, a common injury that French Bulldogs get, called Intravertebral Disc Disease (IVDD). I left him early morning, a healthy and happy dog, to coming home and finding him in pain and unable to stand on his hind legs. I rushed him to the emergency vet, and he suggested pain meds and crate rest for 5 weeks. However, since Sunday his condition has progressed and has affected his front limbs, he has no sensation at all, making it hard for him to stand whatsoever. Nacho's vet referred me to a neurologist at UC Davis. After a phone consult with them last night, they think Nacho might have a Neurological issue going on versus IVDD. But, in order to confirm a diagnosis, Nacho urgently needs an MRI, which that alone is $4K, and if his diagnosis ends up being a disc in his neck, the estimate for that repair is around $16K. It's emotionally tearing me up watching my once healthy dog become immobile, and with limited resources I'm not prepared to meet the financial needs my dog needs for proper care. I'm not the type of person that likes to ask for help, let alone money. But, I humbly ask if you can donate to Nacho's medical needs, my family and I would greatly appreciate it. No amount is too small, I'll even take a prayer for my buddy. Thank you, B
