I'm starting this GoFundMe for my sister, Mysha, who is preparing to undergo her second brain surgery to remove a tumor that has been causing her serious health issues, including Cushing’s disease. Three years ago, she bravely went through her first surgery followed by radiation. At that time, doctors discovered the tumor was larger than expected and had extended into an extremely delicate area of the brain—the cavernous sinuses—making it impossible to remove completely.

Now, the tumor is pressing against her carotid artery and needs to be removed. The good news is that there is one incredible surgeon who has experience operating in this high-risk area, and he has agreed to take on Mysha’s case. He is confident he can remove what others could not. Mysha will be traveling to California in the coming weeks for the procedure.
