Hello everyone, my name is Stephanie, and I’m the manager at Lucky Irish Pub on Airport Boulevard in Mobile, Alabama.
On the evening of Saturday, August 30th, one of our own — Myron, a valued member of our team — was the victim of a hit-and-run accident. As he was walking to the store to pick up a few things for his family, a driver ran a stop sign and struck him as he was crossing the street.
Thankfully, Myron survived, but he suffered severe injuries to both of his legs. He is now facing multiple surgeries and a long recovery ahead. During this time, he will be unable to work. Myron is the main provider for his wife and their two young boys, and without any paid sick leave or medical leave, this situation has placed a heavy financial burden on his family.
I’ve worked with many people during my 20 years in this industry, and I can honestly say Myron is one of the hardest-working, most selfless individuals I’ve ever met. He’s kind, thoughtful, and always puts others before himself.
We’re asking for your support to help ease the financial stress for Myron and his family during this difficult time. Any contribution — no matter the amount — will make a difference and will be deeply appreciated.
Thank you all for your generosity, kindness, and support. Let’s come together to help one of our own get through this challenging time.
