I am currently facing a battle against a corrupt legal system that has unjustly placed my children in harm’s way. I urgently need your help to raise $50,000 for legal fees to reunite with my children and ensure their safety.

My Story:

I have dedicated my life to serving my country and my community. As an Air Force veteran and a mother of three, I have faced numerous challenges with faith and resilience. Five years ago, I overcame a rare and life-threatening pregnancy cancer, believing that God’s grace would guide us through any storm.

However, my most significant battle began when I became a victim of domestic violence. Despite escaping the abuse and striving to create a safe and loving home, I now find myself fighting against a biased and unjust legal system. The courts have disregarded substantial evidence of my ex-husband’s violent history and placed my children back in his care, endangering their well-being.

The Current Struggle:

The Guardian ad Litem (GAL) in our case has acted with severe misconduct, refusing to recuse himself despite clear conflicts of interest. He has financially abused our family, demanding exorbitant fees and obstructing our ability to provide the necessary care for our children. The GAL has also refused to speak directly to my children, failing in his duty to represent their best interests.

The court has ignored multiple instances of child endangerment, including physical abuse and denial of necessary medication for my children with ADHD. Despite a standing child protection order, the judge has favored the lies and biases of the GAL, granting temporary custody to my ex-husband based on false accusations that have been disproven.

Financial Strain and Plea for Help:

As a disabled veteran with a limited income, I am struggling to meet the financial demands of this legal battle. The GAL has forced me to pay $1,000 just to be heard in court, and now demands $6,000 within 60 days. I am selling my possessions and reaching out to the community for support, but I cannot do this alone.
