Beholder Esthetics hurricane Helene recovery
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Scott Weber, and my family and I live and work in Asheville, NC.
Earlier this year, my wife Josie fulfilled her dream of starting her own esthetics business, Beholder Esthetics. She officially opened in early 2024, and October 1st marked her 6-month anniversary.
However, our community was struck by Hurricane Helene, causing widespread devastation across Western North Carolina, including Asheville. Due to power outages, lack of water, and loss of internet and cell service, Josie was forced to temporarily shut down her business.
The timing couldn’t be worse, as October through December is typically the busiest and most profitable season in the esthetics industry. On top of that, Josie had been preparing to expand her services by investing in med spa equipment this year—plans that are now on hold because of the financial strain from the storm. In addition, due to the hurricane impacting the entire community, everyone around is rebuilding and recovering as well and most likely not thinking about or having finances to spend on esthetic services at this time.
We are seeking donations to help Beholder Esthetics recover and stay afloat during this challenging time. Any funds raised will go toward covering lost income, rent, and operational costs. Your support will make a huge difference in helping Josie rebuild her business and continue pursuing her passion.
Thank you so much for your generosity and kind thoughts. We are deeply grateful.
With love,
Scott & Josie Weber
