Help my wife lifesaving treatment from stage 4 kidney cancer

My wife, Lori, is an unbelievable woman! I fell in Love with her adventurous spirit, and big heart! She is loved dearly by all her family and friends. It has been an honor to share our lives together. I couldn’t ask for anything more, then just more time with her.
Complete shock is an understatement when we discovered in mid 2020, 1 year after our son Wyatt was born. My wife Lori had been diagnosed with stage 4 grade 4 Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma. Lori lost her right kidney due to a tumor that was 11.5 x 8.5 cm large. We found out not only that, but it had spread to her lungs, lymph nodes, and bowels. She had surgery and has been thru various treatment ever since. With the incredible advances in immunotherapy, she has been able to live a longer, relatively normal life. Unfortunately, the type of kidney cancer she has does not respond to chemotherapy, and we have exhausted almost all available treatment options that are available in the USA, outside of clinical trials. Statistically speaking only 12% of people with the type and grade cancer she has lives up to 5 years, she new when she was diagnosed, she could make it 5 years, because of her determination, strength, and sheer will to survive! She plans to live lot longer if she can get the right treatments that will grant her more time.
2024 was the hardest for us in this journey. Lori had to be hospitalized 4 times for multiple days due to issues dealing with cancer, she had to have 4 rounds of radiation to various spots along her spine, head, pelvis, and femur. The cancer has now gotten into her bones causing her back to fracture recently in 2 spots and both her femurs have tumors in at the socket that are causing them to fracture slowly from the inside out. This is severely painful for her, but has also limited her mobility, barely allowing her to walk. It also got into the lining of her skull causing her to have radiation to her head causing a hole in her skull. She is also losing her hair in the front, which was harder for her to handle than she thought. Just this past week of 2025, she had to have a partial hip replacement to her right hip because it was broken at the femur socket almost completely.
Lori found Dr. Jason Williams, who wrote the book, “The Immunotherapy Revolution, “has Cancer Center down in Mexico. There he can deliver intra-tumoral immunotherapy directly into the tumors via radio-guided imaging, killing the tumors from the inside out. And allowing the tumor death to spread to the other areas there is cancer in the body and kill those spots too. He also suggests doing a fecal matter transplant to implant to allow good bacteria into gut, essentially resetting the immune system to help the body see and go after the cancer. Our goal is to get her to Mexico for this type of treatment, that will give her more time with our family and to see our son Wyatt grow up. Unfortunately, this type of treatment is not covered by insurance and is expensive. Approximately $80k/treatment and he suggests having more than one done. So, Lori and I are starting various fund-raising endeavors to help her pay for the treatment that will grant her more time with us.
Any amount of donation will help raise the money that we need to get my wife the treatment she needs. Thank you sincerely from the bottom of my heart!
