I am raising funds to participate in a volunteering trip to Costa Rica through AMIGOS De Las Americas, an organization that has been working with local communities in Latin America since 1965.

I will be learning about eco tourism from female entrepreneurs and helping the local community by volunteering at an environmental conservation reserve. This experience will allow me to immerse myself in a culture, language, and lifestyle different from my own, and work alongside inspiring women who are making a positive impact in their communities. By contributing to local environmental projects, I hope to support sustainable practices and help create a lasting difference for the people and the environment.

The funds I raise will cover my program fees and travel expenses, making it possible for me to join this unique opportunity. Your support will not only help me reach Costa Rica, but also enable me to learn valuable lessons that I can bring back to the US and apply in my daily life and interactions with others. I am excited to share what I learn and inspire others to make a difference, too.
