I'm getting a liver and kidney transplant out of PENN and need funding for traveling and possibly hotel stays. I'm in liver and kidney failure. I'm attending dialysis 3 days a week, 4 hors a day. I have a very low life expendecy with having both kidney and and liver disease. I appreciate whatever you can give.
