Hello everyone my name is Karla Hernandez, I’m a DACA recipient.

I’m seeking your help to attend an international conference in Guatemala on advance parole, an incredible opportunity to enhance my career as a Chicana/o, Latina/o Studies scholar. At this conference, I’ll be learning directly from Mayan instructors. It's a unique chance to deepen my understanding of Indigenous cultures and strengthen my academic work before the next administration takes office and potentially alters travel policies.
