South Africa Wildlife-Vet-Conservation Expedition
Don protégé
Hey! I’m Hayley, a Wildlife Science student, and I’ve been accepted into an incredible wildlife conservation and veterinary experience in South Africa — and I’d love your help getting there!
This four-week adventure is all about working hands-on with African wildlife like rhinos, giraffes, antelope, and more. I’ll be assisting with real veterinary work — things like health checks, animal rehabilitation monitoring — while also learning about conservation efforts happening on the ground.
This kind of experience is a dream come true and an amazing stepping stone toward my goal of working in wildlife care and conservation. It’s not just about learning — I’ll be contributing to real-world animal welfare and conservation work in one of the most biodiverse places on the planet.
As a full-time uni student, covering the costs is tough. That’s where this fundraiser comes in. Your support will help me with:
Flights from Australia to South Africa
Program costs (accommodation, meals, training, and transport)
Travel insurance, vaccinations, and gear
If you’re able to donate or even just share this with others, I’d be incredibly grateful. Every bit of support brings me closer to this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help protect and care for wildlife.
