My son recently received a heart transplant after waiting more than a year. The journey has been incredibly challenging for our family, filled with uncertainty, hope, and countless hospital visits. We are so grateful that he was given a second chance at life, thanks to the generosity of another family who made the selfless decision to donate.

Now, as we begin the long road to recovery, we are facing significant expenses. The costs of ongoing medical care, travel to and from the hospital, and the many needs that come with recovery are overwhelming. My husband and I want nothing more than to be by our son's side every step of the way, but the financial burden is heavy.

We are reaching out to our community for support. Any contribution, no matter the size, will help us focus on our son's healing and ensure we can be there for him during this critical time. Mi hijo recibió recientemente un trasplante de corazón tras esperar más de un año. El proceso ha sido increíblemente difícil para nuestra familia, lleno de incertidumbre, esperanza e innumerables visitas al hospital. Estamos profundamente agradecidos de que haya tenido una segunda oportunidad de vida, gracias a la generosidad de otra familia que tomó la decisión desinteresada de donar.

Ahora, al comenzar el largo camino hacia la recuperación, nos enfrentamos a gastos considerables. Los costos de la atención médica continua, los traslados al hospital y las numerosas necesidades que conlleva la recuperación son abrumadores. Mi esposo y yo deseamos estar al lado de nuestro hijo en cada paso del camino, pero la carga financiera es muy pesada.
