My sister’s journey over the past several years has been unimaginably difficult. In 2015, she was in a horrible car accident that left her with chronic pain, nerve damage, and fibromyalgia. Despite these challenges, she has always faced each day with courage and kindness. Then, in 2024, her health took another turn—she began falling unexpectedly, which led to multiple concussions and countless trips to the ER and specialists. After months of uncertainty, she was diagnosed with POTS, and during that process, doctors also discovered a heart condition. In November 2025, she underwent heart surgery, but due to an unexpected delay, her doctor wasn’t able to complete the procedure. Now, she faces another surgery ahead.

All of this has taken a huge toll, not just physically and emotionally, but financially as well. She is now facing significant debt from medical bills and, after a recent surgery required more recovery time than expected, she lost her job for taking too long to return. What makes her story even more heartbreaking is that, since 2022, she has managed to lose 285lbs—an incredible achievement that should have brought her the best health of her life. Instead, she continues to face overwhelming medical challenges. The funds raised here will help cover her mounting medical bills, essential medical supplies like a walker or wheelchair, daily living expenses, medications, and the costs for her upcoming heart surgery.

It breaks my heart to see her struggling, and I want to help the one person who is always selflessly helping others. She would never ask for help herself, so I created this in hopes that all the good she’s done for others will come back to her during her time of need!
