Since the end of 2025, my sister’s health took a sudden and heartbreaking turn. She began losing her sight and experiencing dramatic changes in her mood and energy. On Easter, my mother took her to get her eyes checked, and the eye doctor discovered a tumor on her frontal lobe. We rushed her to the hospital, where she needed immediate emergency surgery. The operation saved her life, but now she is facing the possibility of permanent blindness. The doctors say there is a chance she could regain her sight, but her recovery process will be long and uncertain.
This has changed everything for our family. I have become her at-home caregiver, and my mother and I are doing our best to support her through this difficult time. The emotional and financial stress has been overwhelming, but we are determined to help my sister heal and adjust to her new reality.
All the funds received from this fundraiser will go toward medical expenses, food, tools to adapt our home for her blindness, rent, and transportation. Your support will make a real difference in her recovery and help us create a safe, comfortable environment for her. By donating, you’ll be taking a huge hand in the success of my sister’s healing process and making our journey a lot easier. My entire family would be so grateful for your help, and I appreciate whatever you can do—even if it’s just a dollar. If you can’t donate, please consider sharing this link. Thank you for being part of our story and for helping us through this difficult time.
