Hello Everyone, My name is Sandy

I’m reaching out to share the inspiring and heartfelt journey of my sister Gaby, who is 33 years old. For the past 13 years, she has been battling kidney failure and has been on dialysis since her son was born, who is now 12. In addition, she also suffers from heart failure and is on the list for a combined kidney and heart transplant. She is considered a high-risk transplant candidate, and as a single mother, her responsibilities are even greater.

She currently works part-time, but her health is deteriorating, and it’s uncertain how long she’ll be able to continue working as she awaits her transplant and that’s why we’ve set up this fundraiser.
