Support my sister battle breast cancer

August 21 Update: my sister started chemo just over a week ago and has already been to urgent care which resulted in a 2 day hospital stay. So far, chemo has been rougher on her than we anticipated. 3 more treatments to go before starting radiation.

Hello everyone. Shortly after my own (negative) cancer scare, my stepdad passed. And shortly after that, my little sister discovered she has breast cancer. It's been a rough couple of months for our family and we could use some good vibes.

I'm asking for donations on behalf of my baby sister. She has surgery tomorrow and will undergo radiation therapy in a couple of weeks. She has a teenage son who doesn't fully understand what's happening to his mom. She has a 3-year-old daughter who has no idea what's happening. She has a husband who will exhaust his leave to take her to her appointments and surgeries. She will need help with anything that her insurance doesn't cover. Aside from medical procedures, this will include any babysitting expenses, ready-to-eat meals, and travel expenses.

I am utterly heartbroken. My sister is an amazing mom, a veteran who fought in Afghanistan, an inspiring elementary school teacher, a dedicated daughter, my favorite and only baby sister. If you know her at all, you know I had to beg her to be able to disclose this. Please help in any way possible. I cannot lose my sister.
