My name is Sandra Scott, also lovingly known as Cousin San. I’m a family historian, wellness advocate, and heart-centered woman on a deep journey of transformation—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
According to the medical doctors I was diagnosed with several chronic health conditions, including congestive heart failure (with heart function at 35%), Chronic IBS, inflammation, thyroid nodules, and lung cysts. In 2017, I overcame breast cancer, and I’ve been on a mission to heal from the inside out ever since.
As I continue to walk in faith, and advocate for myself, I'm grateful that I'm still able pour into others through my work with Restoric Roots and my calling to help people reconnect with their families and ancestral truth.
At the moment, I’m living on a fixed disability income, and many of my medical, nutritional, and spiritual care needs go beyond what insurance can cover. I’m committed to a full holistic healing plan that includes:
- Supplemental therapies to support strength, nutritional balance, and mental well-being
- Functional testing and spiritual therapies to guide deeper healing
- Assistance with essential living expenses while I recover and rebuild on disability
- Medical bills that were only partially covered by insurance and still need attention
