Hi everyone, and thank you for even taking a moment to read this.

On December 8th, I was in a serious car accident that left me with a fractured cheekbone and eye socket, a full-thickness lip laceration that required complex stitches, and a concussion that I’m still recovering from. I hit the steering wheel directly in a forty-mile-an-hour collision, and the impact caused significant injuries to my face. I’ve included photos of the scene and my injuries so people understand the seriousness of what happened.

Because of the crash, my car is completely unusable, and I now have new medical expenses on top of my regular bills. I live with invisible disabilities (including POTS and EDS), so my medical costs were already high even before this happened. Missing work while recovering has made everything even tighter financially, and I’m doing my best while also caring for my 7-year-old.

My goal is to raise $3,500 minimum to replace my car and cover the immediate medical bills tied to the accident. Losing transportation so suddenly has put me in a really difficult position, and I need a reliable way to get to appointments, get my child where she needs to be, and return to work when I’m medically cleared.

I am not someone who ever likes asking for help, but right now I genuinely need it. Even sharing this, donating a few dollars, or sending support means more than you know. I’m grateful for anything anyone can do to help me through this unexpected setback while I focus on healing and taking care of my little girl.
