I have spent my years after college helping people as a Case Manager, not only in my community but throughout the Bay Area. Now, I find myself in need of help.

I am facing a challenging time as I prepare for heart surgery due to heart failure. While I focus on my recovery, I will be unable to work and will not have the means to pay for my rent and utilities.
