My heart is breaking. My 5-month-old puppy—still just a baby—needs emergency surgery after swallowing a foreign object that’s now stuck inside him. Without surgery, he won’t survive. He’s too young to understand what’s happening; he just wants to play, cuddle, and grow up. I’m doing everything I can to save him, but the cost of surgery is more than I can manage on my own.
