Support My Mom’s Fight with Stage 4 Uterine Cancer

Hi all! My name is Jenna, daughter of Paula.

My beautiful mom was diagnosed with an aggressive stage 4 uterine cancer in April of this year, around her birthday after experiencing health issues for quite some time that were often brushed off.

She has gone through many blood transfusions, chemo, and radiation to shrink the tumour and target lymph nodes since then.

Up until recently, a hysterectomy was completely out of the question due to where the cancer was growing and was not contained. Recently it was made known that the tumour/cancer had shrunk and was contained enough that surgery was in the cards (which is great news!) at that time we knew it would be before Christmas but last week on Thursday (November 15) we were told it would take place on November 19

Also up until this point, my dad and I have not had to take much time off but with this upcoming recovery, it is quite clear we will need to. My dad does not have paid vacation. 

While there is no pressure for anyone to support, I appreciate each and everyone of you who do.

I’d love for finances to not be a stressor on my parents during this time ❤️
