Support My Oxford Theology PhD Journey

Hello everyone! It’s me again! I’ve got some great news! I have been accepted to do a DPhil (PhD) in Theology at Oxford!!!

I am asking for assistance with raising $120,000, all of which will go straight to covering course costs.

I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for the support I've received with my first fundraiser for Oxford and I hope to have your support once again! Every donation, share, and word of encouragement brings me closer to achieving my dream and answering God's call. As I continue on this exciting transition, your generosity is making a tangible difference in my journey and I couldn’t do it without you!

Getting to Oxford has meant I am one step closer to becoming a professor. The goal of becoming a professor is important to me on two levels:

First, I believe that God has called me to pursue this and it has been the most fulfilling work of my life.

Second, I hope to be an advocate for women and Latinos in Christian academia, as only 30% of jobs in Christian academia are held by women and 10% by Latinos. Not only do I hope to advocate for equality but I pray that through my example, other women and Latinos would be inspired to pursue Christian education and academia.

To help me reach my first goal of $50,000 by July, I would be so grateful if you could also share my fundraiser with your friends and family online or through direct message. Each share gives my fundraiser a push to those outside of my network, which increases my chances of hitting my goal.
