hi my name is Estelle and I am a student studying art. I am currently a dual major in painting and graphic design at Boston University, where I have been dedicating all of my time to my passion as an artist through both academic and extracurricular work. I had the opportunity to study abroad in Italy, which further developed my skill and perspective as an artist. I’ve also been actively involved in creative communities, participating in art fairs and charity auctions, selling my work while continuing to develop my portfolio and skills.

I am excited to say that I recently was accepted into a program I have been dreaming of attending: the Summer Undergraduate Residency at the New York Academy of Art. I was honored to receive some financial aid, but the remaining tuition and living expenses are more than I can cover on my own.

I am currently a student full time and do work study and despite my constant saving, I still am far from being able to pay the tuition for this summer.

This opportunity will allow me to further develop my skills, strengthen my portfolio, and take an important step toward building a career as a working artist.
