Hey everyone, I’m reaching out with something truly difficult to share. Earlier today, my mom, Valerie, was in a serious accident. She has suffered a broken leg and breaks in both major bones of her arm. She’s currently in the hospital facing a long road of surgeries, recovery, and rehabilitation.

As many of you know, my mom has been the full-time, live-in caretaker for my grandmother, who recently lost her vision. With my mom suddenly unable to walk, work, or care for herself—let alone care for my grandmother—our family is facing an unexpected and overwhelming challenge.

I’m starting this fund to help cover medical expenses, in-home care, and the day-to-day essentials that will keep both my mom and grandmother safe: mortgage payments, utilities, groceries, and support for my grandmother while Mom recovers.
