One of my mom’s childhood friends has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer, and her life has been turned upside down in a matter of moments. She is facing not only the emotional and physical battle that comes with this diagnosis, but also the overwhelming financial burden of treatment. Unfortunately, she does not have the resources or financial support needed to cover medical expenses, including treatments, medications, and ongoing care.

During this incredibly difficult time, the last thing she should have to worry about is how to afford the care she urgently needs.
