My name is Melanie Gorrin, and I'm creating this fundraiser for my mom, who was recently diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor. She bravely underwent surgery, but her fight is far from over — she now faces months of chemotherapy, radiation, and countless doctor's appointments. The emotional and financial toll on our family has been overwhelming. I'm a college student who had to take time off from school to help care for her, while my dad works tirelessly to keep up with the mounting medical bills, as he is now our sole provider. My mom has always been the heart of our home strong, selfless, and full of love. Seeing her go through this has been incredibly hard, but we are doing everything we can to support her.
