On June 12th, 2020 - just a day before Trisha's college graduation - our mom was unexpectedly rushed to the ER after experiencing a high fever and nausea. Shortly after, she was placed into the ICU after we received the devastating news that she had a stroke. 

As of right now, our mom has been admitted to the ICU and is unresponsive, fighting for her life. We are waiting for more medical tests and assessments from the doctors taking care of her. Unfortunately, as it stands, we don't know how long she'll be in the hospital in her current state. We can only pray that she recovers soon so she can return home and work her way back to full health.

Our mom is the joy of our lives and we just want her to be okay. She's a hero with a loving nature, creative talent, and compassionate energy that we all know and love. Trisha and I are both working to get my mom the support she needs. Unfortunately, we're in the US and she's in the Philippines. With quarantine and flight restrictions still in full effect, things are much more difficult. We need all the help we can get.

We're creating this fundraiser because we're asking for financial help from our family and friends to offset her medical expenses and the expenses that accompany her recovery.
