My mom has always been the heart of our family, but the past few years have been incredibly hard on her. Since my dad passed away a couple of years ago, she’s been living on SSI, and her monthly payment just isn’t enough to cover her basic expenses and groceries. The savings my parents had are gone, and now she’s left with my dad’s medical bills from when he was really sick. On top of that, she needs a lot of dental work that she simply can’t afford. My brother helps out as much as he can, and I wish I could do more, but I’m not in a position to help right now. It hurts to see her struggle like this, especially after everything she’s already been through.

Right now, the most urgent need is her rent. Unless she’s able to sell a lot of my dad’s old things, she’s at risk of falling behind. If we’re able to raise enough, the next priority will be her dental care and any other essentials she needs to stay healthy and comfortable. Every little bit helps, and your support would mean so much to us.
