My mom is one of the strongest, most giving people I know. She is always the one showing up for others—family, friends, and especially for us, her kids—no matter what she’s going through.

Right now, she is facing serious and ongoing health challenges that have deeply impacted her daily life. She has been dealing with severe symptoms including extreme fatigue, pain, swelling, and repeated throat swelling that has at times made it difficult for her to swallow and has required urgent medical attention.

She has had multiple doctor visits, specialist referrals, and ongoing testing, as doctors work to determine the cause. There is concern for an underlying autoimmune condition, including possible Sjögren’s disease, but she is still in the process of getting answers.

Despite countless appointments, tests, and treatments, her condition has made her unable to work since November. The financial stress is becoming overwhelming, and basic expenses like rent, groceries, phone bills, and medical-related costs are becoming harder to manage.

Anyone who knows my mom knows how hard it is for her to ask for help. That’s why I’m doing this for her. Right now, she truly needs support so she can focus on her health and healing without the constant weight of financial stress.
