Hi everyone! I’m Ashley, and I’m here asking for help. My family has been getting some pretty hard hits recently. It all started about a year ago when my mom had to go to the hospital for a really bad bladder/kidney infection. She ended up septic due to the infection, and while she was in the hospital they were running all sorts of tests. One specific test showed some strange result, which the doctors wanted to look more into. They did and it turns out those strange test results were due to a rare form of Leukemia, Chronic Myeloid Leukemia. My dad ended up leaving shortly after the diagnosis. My mom is now a single mom of 6 (plus her extras). Due to the diagnosis she has been out of work for a while and it’s just me and my older sister doing what we can to help her and support her how we can. We are on here asking for any help or support we can get from our community! Anything helps and everything is so so appreciated. ❤️❤️❤️
