I wanted to share something important—I will be going on a mission trip to Cambodia from June 5-18 with Christ Central of Southern California and Christ Central of San Francisco. This opportunity came at a time when I had been praying for ways to grow in servant leadership and to be used as the hands and feet of Jesus. I've been blessed to experience serving God's people domestically through my job as a medical assistant and as a worship leader for Mariners Church. Through those experiences, I've felt a growing desire to continue serving in deeper and more intentional ways. I've been consistently praying for opportunities to step outside of my comfort zone, grow in my faith, and be used wherever God calls me. This trip is an answer to those prayers, and I'm grateful for the chance to serve Him in a new environment.
While in Cambodia, I’ll be spending time in the countryside and the city, supporting missionaries by helping with kids ministry—leading VBS, teaching, and playing with children—assisting during worship services, and directly supporting the long-term missionaries in any way they need. I’m excited to engage deeply with Cambodian culture through food, language, and customs, and to learn from the missionaries there about how to best share the gospel in a culture different from my own. Cambodia is a predominantly Buddhist country, and while Christianity isn’t directly opposed, it isn’t widely accepted either. I’m eager to see how we’ll be received and to serve with humility and openness.
The funds raised will help cover the costs of airfare, in-country transportation, lodging, food, visa fees, and travel insurance. I would be so grateful for your support—whether through a donation, sharing this fundraiser, or keeping me in your prayers. Your generosity will help make this mission possible and allow me to serve in ways I’ve been called to. Thank you for considering being part of this journey with me!
