Support My Mission: Bringing Hope to Uganda

Romans 10:15- And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written “how beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!”

I have been called to do something far bigger than anything I’ve done before. Jesus has created his throne in my heart and transformed my life in so many ways. He has now blessed me with the opportunity to give back to a community in need, and be a small part of His vast kingdom. I am extremely humbled, grateful, and blessed to be in a position to outwardly share my faith and enrich not only my personal relationship with The Lord, but to also be able to help others experience His love and grow in their own faith.

The intention of this mission trip is to encourage and support those that are in need in a small community in the middle of Uganda. Women and children that seemingly have lost everything while battling disease, hunger, and poverty. I have given my life over to the Lord so that he can use me in whatever way he wants to, and he has made my purpose abundantly clear. There is no other place I’d rather go than to Uganda, where I’ve been called.

Jesus did not promise that by walking with Him life would easy or comfortable. In fact, since walking with Him, I’ve found myself out of my comfort zone far more often than not. Being called to a third-world country is not by any means “comfortable”, but I find comfort in knowing I am not alone on this journey. I want nothing more than to remain obedient to Him and to what he has called me to do. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. He has met me where I am and is leading me in this life. I am excited for this next step in my walk with Him. I just need a little “worldly” help getting there.

With that said, I am asking my friends, family and community here in Arizona to help me raise money for my trip to Uganda in July. Any amount will help and make a huge impact in not only my life, but the lives of others I have yet to meet.
