I am drawn to the Malawi Mission Trip because I have heard about the incredible, life-changing work being done there, and I feel a strong calling to be a part of it. After a season of being away, I am currently in a space of re-engaging with my faith, and I believe this trip is the 'stretch' I need to move outside of my comfort zone and rely fully on God. I sense that God is inviting me to learn the true meaning of unconditional love by serving a community and culture different from my own.

Although this will be my first time serving in a formal ministry role, whether it be through VBS, the Widows Outreach, or Evangelism, my main goal is to be a flexible, open-hearted blessing to the people of Malawi. I am ready to adjust to new challenges and follow wherever the need is greatest. The funds raised will help cover travel, supplies, and other expenses needed to participate in the mission trip and support the outreach programs in Malawi.
