My name is Jasmine K., and I’m reaching out with hope and determination as I prepare to begin one of the most important chapters of my life — law school.
Since I was young, I’ve always wanted to become a lawyer — not just for a career, but to help those who don’t always have a voice. I’ve seen how complicated and overwhelming legal systems can be, especially for newcomers, vulnerable individuals, and families trying to build a better future. That’s where I want to make a difference.
This fall, I will be starting my law degree. It’s a huge step forward, and I’m proud to have earned my place — but the financial pressure is very real. Tuition fees, books, transportation, and living costs add up quickly, and despite working and saving, I’m still falling short.
I’ve worked in retail, food court, attorney and even in an immigration office — every job has taught me resilience and grit. I’m not afraid of hard work. But right now, I need a little help to keep going.
If you're able to support me, even with a small donation or by sharing this campaign, it would mean the world to me. Every dollar will go directly toward my education — to help cover tuition, academic materials, and essential living expenses while I study full-time.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story. Thank you for believing in me — even if we’ve never met. And thank you for helping me get one step closer to becoming a lawyer who gives back.
