I’m so thankful to announce that I was selected as a finalist in the Mariachi Extravaganza National Vocal Competition in Las Vegas!

I am 1 of only 9 college students selected from the entire United States to compete in the Entertainment Capital of the World—Las Vegas!

In late March, I will travel to compete on a national stage in front of a large crowd of mariachi fans (both in person and being broadcast to the world live) for the title of “Grand Champion Vocalist!”

I am the first and only Corpus Christian to be selected as a finalist in this prestigious competition! When I compete, I will be representing our community and letting the world know that mariachi is alive and well in the Coastal Bend of Texas!

However, this competition comes with a great financial burden to me. In order to compete, I need to purchase a plane ticket, hotel accomodations, competition fees, and hire a live mariachi to accompany my performance—all at Las Vegas prices!!

So, please give to help me achieve my dream of placing in this year’s national competition! I am only here because of your support! So help me get the rest of the way! I need you!
