Support My Journey to Study Mechanical Engineering in the US
Hi, I’m the creator of STEMRebels, a YouTube channel where I create math and science videos to help students explore the exciting world of STEM. I have a dream of studying Mechanical Engineering, and I’ve been accepted to pursue this dream in the United States.
The plan is to begin my studies at Diablo Valley College (DVC), a respected community college in California, where I’ll study Mechanical Engineering for two years. From there, I hope to transfer
a four-year university as a junior to specialize in Aerospace Engineering and earnmy degree.
However, I don’t have the money to make this happen. I need to raise $30,000 to cover tuition fees, housing, living expenses, and other essential costs. According to DVC, this is the minimum amount international students must show in a bank statement to receive the I-20 form, which is required to apply for a U.S. student visa.
Here’s a breakdown of the estimated costs for the 2025–2026 academic year:
