Hi Everyone,

About a month ago, I noticed something wasn't right. I immediately went to the doctor to get checked and surprise, I have been diagnosed with Stage II Breast Cancer. Since then, I've been in and out of the hospital to run tests, take labs, and be scanned.

I've been on a rollercoaster of emotions since finding out and also torn on if I should even say anything to anyone. I just wanted to be treated the same, even though I know it's not going to be the same. It pains me to ask for help and the last thing I want to do is burden anyone with my own issues, but I know this is something I'm going to need help with and I have to swallow my pride to ask.

To be honest, I don't even know what to put to ask for. I just know that for the next year or so of my life, the doctor and hospital are going to be my world. As a positive, they are confident they can help me beat this cancer due to it being an earlier stage. What I know so far is that I am starting chemotherapy first before surgery. I start next week.

So again, surprise everyone, I have Breast Cancer. I am finally content with where I am in life and I am going to fight to keep it this way. So please, help me fight.
