Support my journey to Miss Michigan Teen USA!

Hi! My name is Gabriella Dixon and I currently hold the title of 2022 Miss Ingham County. I'm fundraising to compete in the Miss Michigan Teen USA pageant on Friday, May 27, 2022, and would be so grateful for any amount of contribution that helps me reach my goal of $10,000.

I am a senior in high school and dual-enrolled in an early college program. I reinvented my education path and am simultaneously able to graduate high school and earn credits towards my future college degree, all while completing an internship at the Lansing Board of Water and Light.

I participate in various speaking engagements throughout my community at schools and conferences and take every opportunity to encourage girls to build confidence, become enthusiastic about life, and uncover what makes them extraordinary. My most recent workshops were held at Michigan State University and in the Haslett School District.

My future education and career goals are to attend a Division I University to obtain my Bachelor’s degree in pre-law, attend law school, compete in Track & Field at the collegiate level, and train for the 2024 Olympics.

I also want to finalize the creation of a non-profit organization called Live Original. This organization will be designed for girls to network, learn how to build confidence, and gain success in education.

And something very unique about me is that I am a triplet! I was born prematurely at 29 weeks and was only 2 pounds and 4 ounces. I am the oldest triplet and have two brothers, who are my best friends.

As a bi-racial Mexican-American and African-American, I embrace the rich history of my ethnic heritages by participating in a Mexican folk dancing group and cooking southern-style recipes. I love sharing my cultures with others!

I want to be Miss Michigan Teen USA to serve as a role model, display the forefront of beauty and style, and manifest genuine advancements for future young women. Just as I found my light to shine, I want to help others see their inner beauty. I desire to be the next Miss Michigan Teen USA to share my values, leadership qualities, and philanthropic characteristics to showcase the beauty of young teens in Michigan.
