So, it’s time to pivot. After two decades working in journalism and media, it’s time for a change. It’s not that I’ve lost faith in journalism, but rather my ability to survive as a reporter.

Thus, I’m going to do as Evelyn (my mom) always taught me—put good out into the world. To make this possible, I’m on a mad dash to try to get into law school for FALL 2026 and I’m trying to raise money to take the LSAT, invest in study supplies, and pay for application fees to select schools.

I do truly feel like I’ve been working towards this endeavor since I began my career. I’d like to impact change for the better, for the average person, and help those with a limited voice make their case in the criminal justice system.
