For the last year, my body hasn’t let me rest. I live with seizures, constant headaches, and nights where I’m only able to sleep about three hours—if that. Living like this wears you down in ways that are hard to explain unless you’ve experienced it. It affects how I work, how I think, and how I show up in the world.

I’ve spent the past year going from doctor to doctor, appointment after appointment, looking for answers. So far, there hasn’t been a clear one. No single diagnosis that explains everything. Just a lot of waiting, testing, and managing symptoms as best I can. It’s been frustrating, exhausting, and honestly scary at times.

Now, jaw surgery has been presented as a possible path forward. I don’t know if it will solve everything. There are no guarantees that it will completely stop the seizures, headaches, or sleep issues. But after a year of uncertainty, it’s a real step—something proactive, something that could bring relief.

I’m asking for help covering the cost of the surgery and recovery. Asking for support like this is hard, but continuing to live in limbo isn’t sustainable.
