I was diagnosed with breast cancer a month ago. Even with insurance, the costs of medical care is adding up quickly. Between doctor visits, tests, procedures, and recovery needs, the financial pressure has become overwhelming. In a few weeks, I will be out of work for approximately 4–6 weeks while I recover from surgery, which means lost wages on top of ongoing living expenses. I am still in the process of finding out if I will need radiation, chemo or any other treatment, but treatment beyond surgery is looking very likely.

I have created this to help ease some of that burden so I can focus fully on healing. Any funds raised will go toward medical bills, basic living expenses, and helping cover the income I will lose while I am unable to work.
