Hi, I’m Lennox and I’ve been chosen to take part in an awesome opportunity this May-the 2025 East Coast Youth Leadership Challenge (ECYLC). It’s a 10-day trip on a tall ship, sailing from Sydney to Brisbane, with other young Australians, including young refugees and people from all different backgrounds.

The voyage is run by the Windeward Bound Trust and supported by Rotary, who help make amazing experiences like this possible for young people. It’s all about learning leadership skills, working as a team, building confidence, and getting out of our comfort zones.

I’ve been chosen as a mentor, which means I’ll also be helping support others on board while learning and growing myself. I’m really excited—and a bit nervous but I know it’s going to be something I’ll never forget.

To be able to go, I need to raise $3000 to help cover the cost of the trip. I’d be super grateful for any help you can give little bit counts! i will be also working hard to raise some money by mowing my neighbour's lawns and having a market stall.
