On November 7th, my life took an unexpected turn. I was involved in a car accident caused by another driver who was speeding and not paying attention. In a split second, my car was completely totaled. I walked away without physical injuries, but the emotional impact was overwhelming, especially given everything I’m already juggling.

I’ve been working 2–3 jobs while enrolled in a graduate certificate program to become a Paralegal, with the long-term goal of even higher levels in the legal career. I’ve been fighting every day to climb toward a better future, even while barely making ends meet. This accident happened the weekend right before I was supposed to begin my new job, a job I’m now at risk of losing simply because I no longer have reliable transportation.

Right now, I’m facing a situation I can’t overcome on my own. I’m asking for support to help me secure a permanent source of transportation so I can keep my job, stay on track with my education, and continue working toward the dreams I’ve fought so hard for.
