My name is Stephanie Semenov, and I am proud to share that I have been selected to represent Team Canada at the PanAmerican Beach Tennis Championship, taking place from September 25–28, 2025 in Brazil.

This opportunity follows my recent achievement of becoming the 2025 Canadian Nationals Beach Tennis Champion in Mixed Doubles, and now I have the honor of competing internationally on behalf of Canada.

Beyond beach tennis, I have been a competitive tennis player since the age of 5. This year I have earned a 6th place at the U16 Provincial Championship, been featured in Ontario’s official Spin Magazine, and competed in both the U16 Indoor Nationals as well as the U16 and U18 Outdoor National Championships. Tennis has been a central part of my life, and I am committed to continuing my journey in the sport alongside this new opportunity in beach tennis. Should there be any funds remaining after the PanAm Games, they will be directed toward supporting my participation in upcoming ITF tennis tournaments, helping me continue to compete and grow as an athlete.

As with many athletes, international competition comes with significant expenses, including travel, training, and tournament costs. While I am dedicated to preparing myself to compete at the highest level, I am seeking support to help make this journey possible.
