Laura here. I have a very hard time doing these for myself, but I recently found out my upcoming hysterectomy will not be covered by my insurance. Even though I have dealt with endometriosis since 2018, and have already had 2 major surgeries for it and have been in the ER over 10 times for it, my insurance is labeling it as a "voluntary" procedure rather than a "needed" one.

I currently do not have the funds to cough up $5,400 at once, and they will charge me even more if I don't pay it in full. I am asking my community for help.

It has been miserable dealing with endometriosis, and truly has taken a toll on my physical and mental health. I have spent so much money already on surgeries, ER visits, medication, copays, etc. This is also the first time I have been approved for a hysterectomy, after trying since I have 22.

This is the full cost of the hysterectomy, I'm not asking for anything more than just the procedure cost!

The mental strain this has given me is to no end, and I would be truly grateful if you could support my fundraiser. Even simply sharing it is supporting, as I know finances are tight for a lot of us.
