Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out with a grateful heart and a bit of vulnerability. Over the past while, I’ve been

dealing with significant back pain caused by herniated discs at my L4 and L5. After trying to manage it for as long as possible, my doctors have determined that surgery is the best next step so I can heal properly and move forward without constant pain.

This surgery is an important part of my journey toward recovery, but it also comes with expenses that go beyond the procedure itself. In addition to the operation, I will need follow-up care such as physical therapy, rehabilitation, medications, and recovery support to help me regain strength and mobility.

Asking for help doesn’t come easily, but I’m learning that healing is not something we have to do alone.
